Its political and financial support reflects our shared dedication to principled humanitarian action, notably through the establishment of the ICRC’s Global Cyber Hub, created to enable ICRC’s capacity to uphold its fundamental principles of humanity, neutrality, independence and impartiality, and standard working modalities of proximity to people, “do no harm” and confidentiality, through our technology choices and key operational digital activities, as well as to enable safe and secure operations across frontlines.
