UN premises are inviolable

Israel is a party to the Convention on the Privileges and Immunities of the United Nations – the international treaty that “makes UN premises inviolable – in other words, safe from search and/or seizure – and immunizes UN property and assets from any legal process,” he said.
He added that the International Court of Justice (ICJ) “also stressed that Israel is obliged to cooperate with UNRWA and other UN agencies.”
